I had a great experience at this primary care office. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away. Doctor Botana and Doctor Laurido are excellent, they took the time to listen to my concerns and provided personalized care, which I truly appreciated. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly. It’s refreshing to find a place that genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional and compassionate care.

I had a great experience going as a first time Patient with the staff and provider. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend them to take care of my family health.

I am not one to go to the Dr. and im not big into checkups or anything. I decided to go in for a checkup because my mother was badgering me and told me these people were great. Well she undersold me, this place was awesome. The attention they give you and the way they made me feel about every question I had. Other places I would ask questions and I d feel stupid or dumb because the Dr’s talk in a way down to you, but not here. They were fantastic, professional and very attentive. They have definitely changed my whole outlook on going to the Dr’s. I give it 5 stars because they don’t allow a 10 star

I’m so grateful for the amazing attention and kindness I always receive at Best Community Care. My primary doctor Dr. Zaide Laurido is truly wonderful — she listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure I feel cared for. A big thank you to the front desk team, Katherine Lopez and Yanessy Tasè, for their warm welcome and professionalism every time I come in. And to Maria Palacios, the medical assistant, for her patience and gentle care. I truly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality medical care with a personal touch! 💙
